Many of the challenges faced by the product and engineering teams at Sonatype are common to comparable disciplines in many other organizations. “A View from the Inside” series provides a unique perspective into how we think about some of these challenges and what paths we have chosen (or are contemplating) in response.
The primary audience is engineering and product development leadership, though there are likely to be many topics of broad interest to aspiring leaders as well as individuals in various technical disciplines. I look forward to reading your comments and suggestions in the coming weeks. — Mike
